In most cases, our orders ship on the same day of being submitted. We process orders Monday through Friday, between 9:00am & 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time. All orders received before 2:00pm will normally be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm will not be shipped until the follwing business day.
Once we process your order, you will recieve an email message to let you know that it has been received, processed and when it is being shipped. Most of our products are in stock ready to ship, however occasionally we may have to order something in. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know there may be a delay. Out of stock products are typically shipped within 2 - 3 days.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Australia Shipping -
Most of our products are FREE SHIPPING Australian Metro. However, a small portion of our products are not free shipping because they are larger and attract more fees depending on where they are going. If this is the case you can easily use the shipping calulator on the product page to determine the shipping costs to your address before purchasing. Or feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.
International Shipping -
We ship many products to International destinations. If you are an International customer you can use the shipping calculator on the product page to estimate the shipping costs to your address before you purchase. Or feel free to contact us for a quote.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 - 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 - 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How can I track my order?
You should receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Depending on your location, you can track your order. Sometimes it takes a day to update the status of your shipment, please be patient.
